They both grow from immature kids to very well developed adolescents. Although some people may take misfortune a different way, challenges are mostly able to bring out the good in people. Francie Nolan was a very curious, innocent girl in her youth.

Tom Sawyer and Constancia both had selfish reasons for going on their missions, while Walt Masters had a purely selfless reason for going on his mission; however, all of the characters had relative success in accomplishing their missions. Constancia may not think of her mission as a success right now, but she will in the future. Tom Sawyer is a young child, and he just wants to have fun. This means that Tom is young and inexperienced. It is proven that he just wants to have fun in Chapter 1: “Tom did play hookey, and he had a very good time”(Twain).
This time he is pushing his message that we should think what society wants us to think or what the popular opinion is. He is showing us that it is better to see a different meaning of things than others. Tyler Joseph uses lots of figurative speech in this song. He says, “I 'm a kitchen sink” As a metaphor for what he is trying to explain. In the ending of the song Tyler’s brother Zach is featured, Zack says, “Time gains momentum the moment when I 'm living in 'em I 'm winning a momentary sinning a moment passing after A re-beginning moments mending memories”

In lines six through eight, shows the audience that the speaker is being stripped of his creativity. “If it was our way/ we’d have a tempo change every other time change/ Cause our minds change on what we think is good” (6-8).

Social Commentary is when the author gives his or her own insights into the workings of society or the human mind. These lines show us that the singer is not afraid of adversity he is willing to face it head-on and come out victorious. The chorus of the song is perhaps the most iconic part. With its powerful melody and lyrics, it captures the essence of the human spirit in the face of adversity. It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight
