Organizational Culture Fortune 500 CVS Health CVS Health a Fortune 500 company listed as number 10. CVS health is a growing company that has food and health products along with a pharmacy. There are roughly 8,000 CVS health buildings around the world right now. They are a public company on the fortune 500 list. Hospitals because they can send prescriptions to CVS Health Pharmacy. Patients because they could us the CVS pharmacy as there pick up location. They could also go there for over the counter medication or they could get other health supplies or even food if they needed. Customers because they go to companies and pick out which one fits what they need the nest and what prices are and if they have the help there that they may need. Employees because there are many positions at a place like CVS health and they need employees that can do their duties right and they help keep the business at the best they can be. Employees also look for wages, benefits, what hours they may be working. Doctors because they may need to send prescriptions to the pharmacy or tell a patient that they should try a certain over the counter medication. Insurers are the last stakeholder because most everyone has insurance and when needing a prescription they are hoping to not pay the full price of it because it is really expensive so insurers make sure they can help pay for what a patient is in need
