In the novel Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, there were quite a few different characters. We're focusing on one, the main character, Jack Reacher. Everything that happened in the book revolved around Reacher, whether it was what was happening in the book or just describing him in general. Reacher had many physical attributes and also he was very smart in the area of mental attributes. Some specific ones to know for physical, are that he is very tough, strong, tall, athletic and ruthless, whereas on the mental side he is very witty, smart, tactical and sharp.

Even though these things are different we all have them and they are part of a culture. Culture is the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular nation, people, or other social groups. Diversity in relation to people basically means we are all different. This could include our age, gender, where we live, our religious beliefs to how we dress. All these factors make us all individual and unique. Equality means we are all entitled to be treated fairly. We should all be given the same rights.
As a member of the LGBT community, I see America through the eyes of someone who has had to struggle to gain acceptance from others and themselves. When you are gay or transgender not everyone is going to accept or understand you, but you have a chance to be who you are because in America you can build your own path. To me, Americans are like phoenixes; we can rise from the ashes of our pasts, and build ourselves up creating our own sense of liberty and freedom. I grew up in a traditional Christian household, so I was very sheltered as a child. When it came to anything the church thought was a sin, I was never told about it, so I didn’t know what being gay meant until I was 12 years old.
Diversity is the state of having a range of different things; a variety. In this case, within media there is a lack of minorities being represented whether that be a racial, ethnic, gender or religion based group. Diversity is important because everyone should have characters or views they can relate to in order to grow and better understand themselves. That representation of individuals can help people feel proud of who they are because there is a positive depiction of themselves being broadcasted for everyone to see. This is especially important for young kids growing up who can look up to constructive role models.
Diversity can be defined as the variety of beliefs, interests, and experiences within groups of people. Redlands’ excellent ethnic diversity reveals statistics with less than half of white majority and more than half of minority students. As a Hispanic female, the word minority has traveled with me constantly. The fact that The University of Redlands encourages all minorities as well as the majority to pursue a future career captivates my attention. Truly, diversity has inspired me of to collaborate and compete with many different cultures and morals.

Diversity is defined as the state of showing great variety. We are more engaged in international affairs through our technology and networking from the various social media platform. Not only are we ethnically diverse, we explore not deplore the intersectionality including the various political affiliations that the entire general population possess.
