This artist is also a songwriter, dancer, actress, record producer, and a philanthropist. Her siblings include the late Michael Jackson, Marlon Jackson, La Toya Jackson, and Randy Jackson. Janet was one of ten children that her parents, Joseph and Katherine Jackson, birthed and is also the youngest child of her family. Jackson’s family inspired her to become a musician since they all shared the love of music. She grew up watching her 5 brothers performing as a band, which was referred to as “the Jackson Five”.
