Protests have been a way of communicating dissatisfaction towards governmental policies and actions. There are many different types of protest, however there are two main ones.

It was somewhat successful by bringing awareness to the division of white and black people. It also brought awareness to police brutality and racism. Their methods of destruction and violence got their message to the nation quickly. There are still many problems that they protested about that still occur today such as racism and police brutality.
