Dailey’s Hot Topics for the Army
To completely understand SMA Dailey’s hot topics, it is this author’s opinion that one must have some understanding of SMA Dailey’s military career. SMA Dailey subsequently enlisted in the US Army in 1989 as an Infantryman serving at Fort Benning, Georgia. After holding every enlisted leadership position throughout his career, SMA Dailey swore into command on January 30, 2015, making him the youngest Sergeant Major of the Army throughout history (Lopez, 2015).
SMA Dailey nevertheless entertains countless hours talking and listening to the NCOs and Soldier’s requirements and desires. Consequently, in this author’s opinion, SMA Dailey has become one of the most well-regarded SMA because he listens to his troops. Out of this meeting and discussion, SMA Dailey has created his hot topic list. One of SMA Dailey’s most enduring topics is that of Soldier readiness.
Army Readiness Military (Army) readiness overall includes many different topic areas. SMA Dailey absolutely understands that preparedness comprises military equipment to include working equipment, military education.
