Willam Shakespeare wrote the play called The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. In the play, there is a young boy named Romeo. He is the son of Lord Montague and Lady Montague. One day he and his friends went to the Capulet’s party in which he found his star-crossed lover named Juliet. They fell madly in love. However, she was part of the Capulet family which hates the Montague family, but they somehow got married and died in a period of 4 days. He is one of the main characters in the play. He brings mostly romance and drama to the play by speaking to Juliet, but he also shows comedy by talking to Mercutio and Benvolio. However, there is three causes to his death: his own pride, Friar Lawrence, and Juliet. His pride was a big cause of why he died.
