From the ginormous cameras that people used to use, to the cameras we have today, we’ve gotten a pretty clear understanding that they’ve not only gotten smaller, but they’ve gotten better, and more precise. The movements and ideas that a camera lens provides is magnificent. The cost however, can be insane. Way back in the 1800s, cameras sold for about $10 (even though back then, the equivalent of $10 was worth about $225). Today, a high end camera sells for $1000+, which to some people, is crazy. But everything depends on quality in the world of photography. The better the camera, as you probably expected, the more expensive, because more work was put into making it the best quality. Everyone should try photography because it is a great way to explore the world's everyday beauty, capture the memorious moments of life forever, and photos truly are the best souvenirs. But one question remains; Even though cameras are a big part of photography, what is the big idea? Of course it’s just a way to make a picture, but what does it mean? A blurry or badly taken photo really doesn’t attract your eyes as much as a high end one. What most people don’t understand, is that photography can always be edited, as can almost everything in the technological world we live in today. Of course, seeing a nice photo is almost inspiring. It challenges you, and makes you think, I wonder if I could ever do that. Which, of course, anyone can. Others have a real eye for it, fascinating angles and under certain lighting, can make you or anything, look like something out of a dream. But people go to school to learn about that.
