Like most girls her age, Anne Frank also wallowed in the trivialities of adolescence: boys, gossip, and stormy standoffs with her Mother, Edith. Anne kept her diary from June 1942, to August 1944, when the Gestapo raided the family's hiding place. In the first entries in the diary Anne tells that she has just turned 13 years old . She seems to bubbly with laughter and loves to live, playing Ping-Pong, participating in pranks, and flirting with boys. Although she seems popular with her friends at school and is loved by her parents, Anne feels lonely.
Anne Frank was a young Jewish girl living in Amsterdam during the occupation by the Nazis. She was forced to go into hiding above her father's work for two years to avoid prison. During her time in hiding, she kept a diary and wrote about her experience. Frank writes about her loving and compassionate family and also mentions how she has built new relationships with the other families in the house. In her diaries, Frank frequently emphasizes the value of family, emphasizing how her trials were made easier by the presence of those she loved who understood what she was going through.
Dealing With Conflict and Hard Times When it comes to dealing with tough times such as going to internment camps or hiding from Nazi soldiers so that they aren’t taken to centration camps, there are three important questions that come into play; What motivates people to move through hard times and moments? , What can people do to help others going through tough problems?, and Who can people go to to help them through tough times or conflict? I think that people can best respond to conflict by staying strong through courageousness and always having people in their life to talk to.
This made her important because she had to survive in a small annex building with her brothers, sisters, and her parents. Anne had wrote many stories while in hiding and those were then created into a book known as “Anne Frank’s Tales From The Secret Annex”. March 25, 1944, Anne was faced with many struggles while hiding. She had a tremendous amount of fear from the bombs and gunshots being dropped and fired.

If it wasn’t for her diary people wouldn’t know her. “During the two years Anne Frank spent hiding from the Nazis with her family in the Secret Annex in Amsterdam, she wrote extensive daily entries in her diary to pass the time”(Biography). Her dream was to stop the Nazis from killing people.
Anne Frank was a 16 year old girl who was killed during the time of the Natzis after being betraied. From her over packed diary, Anne changed how people looked at the world. When she was hiding in the annex during the war, her diary was her most prized possession and with that diary, she wrote everything from things she did, to what she wished she did instead of hiding in the annex for the years. She was in the annex with 8 people including her and was packed, one bit of noise would give them away. After the war was over, Anne’s diary was published and written in 67 different languages and over 30 million copies were sold.
This story is abut a girl that was writing her daily days while she was in the holocaust She was venting her fears and frustrations, and contemplating her everyday life. She was given the diary as a present from her parents in 1942, and named it Kitty. Through her diary writing, Anne Frank was in many ways her own counsellor in a time of great suffering and tribulation. She realized that writing down her thoughts and feelings could help her cope with the anxiety of the war and Nazi persecution.
Anne Frank My first reason why I think it is important for Anne to write in the diary is that it is a very good way to keep all your thoughts and feelings. Since she has to be quiet all the time it’s a good way to waste time.

Anne Frank did more than just sit around in the hide out for 2 years. The Diary of Anne Frank play, written by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett in the 1950’s, takes place during the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a mass murder of millions of Jews from the command of Hitler. The Holocaust took place from 1933 until 1945. The play features eight different characters who are all hiding from the Nazis.

The story takes you through their everyday lives of hiding in the annex which also includes arguing and times of happiness.
