The assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford Review 1. The movie was directed by Andrew Dominik in 2007. In the role of Jesse James we have Brad Pitt and in the role of Robert Ford was played by Casey Affleck. The movie is based about the historical event when Jesse James was Assassinated in 1880. 2. The movie shows the last months of Jesse James life since meeting Robert Ford who's trying to join Jesse James gang. The movie starts at the Blue Cut train robbery at 1881. Robert Ford gained more and more trust from Jesse James after he's gang people we're killed or arrested. Events show how Robert Ford's picture changed from an Idol into a murdererus, depressed human being. Ford wants the reward and he wants the fame. 3. Jesse James was a person that was pictured in the movie as a phsycotic killer who kills whatever he wants and steals whatever he wants. At the start of the movie we get to know all he's known decease so we can feel sympathy for him and we get to know that he was shot. And in my opinion Brad Pitt was the perfect guy for this role. …show more content…

Casey Affleck on this role was a good choice as with he's voice he can seem like a very weak guy. As the movie progresses Robert becomes more of a guy who dosent want to take shit from other people as when they saw he's childhood stuff about Jesse he got mad and treatened to kill
