The Bridge to Terabithia: The Bridge to Terabithia is about a girl and boy of the names Jess and Leslie, who become friends and go through an amazing adventure together. The connect with there amazing imaginations and hang out every day after school with each other. As time goes by they end up becoming best friends both in the book and the movie. Going back to the characters; Jess is about 11 years of age, and his family is going through poverty. He is a very good artist but that’s something he doesn’t like to express. He has 5 sisters, and both parents, who are writers. He loves to run, and he wants to be the fastest fifth grade runner, he gets up early every day to run around the cow paddock. She a fearless, and extraordinary. Her parents happen to be well educated, and very intellectual, and as busy as they can be they always have time to be there for Leslie. There way of raising her was very different from the way Jess parents raised him. She is very creative and confident, and she just has the biggest imagination you could think of.
