The Total Leadership model resonates with me for how I foresee the integration of all the domains of my life. I want to be remembered as a giving person, a good friend, a great dad and husband, for living an exceptional life, and being happy. In thinking about these aspirations, I realize that my professional life consumes a significant portion of my time and can limit my abilities to focus on these goals. Work is fulfilling to me, but it doesn’t define me. It is a means to an end and a necessity to achieve my aspirations, so it must be taken into consideration in my aspirations.

In my work environment, my look and style are buttoned-down, business casual, establishment, worldly, cultured, professional, and leader.
