Mission and Vision Statement
The White Helmets motto is “To save a life, is to save all of humanity”
The White Helmets overall vision is to called for a peace to the conflict in Syria.
“Four years after the peaceful uprising in Syria, politicians and the media have largely forgotten what the UN calls “the greatest humanitarian tragedy of our time”. But we haven't. That’s why we started The Syria Campaign, to build a global movement of solidarity and action working toward a peaceful and dignified future for all Syrians. We aren’t the Syrian Civil Defence, but we think that what they do is amazing and should be supported by people around the world.”(White Helmets, 2016)
Current Goals & Objectives

The White Helmet have two main goals to carry

The goals of The White Helmets is to reach $10,000,000 in donation and they already got 72.86% of these goal reached.(The White Helmets, 2016) They need money in order to pay for equipment to save the civilian who have been bomb on, and to train new volunteer to choose to partake in the search and rescue. To fully equipped a volunteer, they need about $3,700 that covered the price of the safety goggles, elbow and knee protectors, first aid kit, gas mask, fire extinguisher, helmet, rescue rope and the defibrillator.
The goals is to get the UN Council to uphold their Resolution 2139 in 2014 which banned barrel bombs and other indiscriminate weapons. They promised to take further steps if their resolution was violated. More than two years later, thousands more barrel bombs have
