The term Fuhrer is a german noun meaning leader, or in the case of Hitler, a tyrant. As a political term the word Fuhrer is associated with the reign of the Nazi’s in World War Two. Adolf Hitler was associated with this name as he started using it when he became the chairman of the Nazi Party. Thus, after the war people still associate the term Fuhrer with Hitler and his ruthless ruling. The first fact about concentration camp is that all the members would have a coloured triangle sown on their clothes to identify them. Red was used for communists, green for criminals, pink for homosexual men, purple for Jehovah’s Witness, Black for gypsies and yellow for jews. The second fact is that Dachau, the first concentration camp, was built in 1933.
