The Ending starts after Benny one of Tobey’s crew men who looks out for traffic for him on the trip from a Cessna saves him and Julia from being rammed off a Clift by people who are going after him for the bounty Dino who he wants revenge on put on the car as Benny gets sea king helicopter he stole from the National guard and attaching ropes to the roof lifting it off the Clift and landing it at the Bonneville salt flats where the rest of his crew is waiting to fix the car. After all of that is done they make it to San Francisco on time by one hour where Tobey runs in to Dino and wants to punch him for what he did, but doesn’t because Dino threatens to turn him in to the cops and not let him race. As Tobey and Julia are leaving the hotel a dump truck with one of the “bounty hunters” in it rams the mustang flipping it and totaling it. …show more content…
After Julia is omitted to the hospital Tobey gets a call from his ex-girlfriend/Dino’s Fiancée saying she wants to meet him to give him something. When Tobey meets her she tells him “I know you didn’t kill Pete I found out on my own because Dino was being shady and found the existence of the car that killed him” gives him the location of it so he can use it to beat Dino in the race. She also gives Tobey her engagement ring, asking him to tell Dino that she is ending her relationship for murdering her brother. The next morning Tobey arrives at the starting location on the pacific coast highway with the other
