What main point resonates most with you, based on your own experience or your readings? What resonates with me the most (based on my workplace experience) is that the virtual workplace environment has become commonplace. Nonetheless, based on discussions with coworkers and individuals from other organizations, not all employees can effectively accomplish assigned tasks and/or demonstrate that they can be productive while operating in a virtual workplace environment. During the discussions, individuals stated that employees working out of a home office often accomplished enough to meet preset deadlines and perhaps would have been more productive if they had been working in the corporate office environment. Other individuals shared personal experiences and commented that they were easily distracted by personal tasks, and/or were frequently interrupted by a family member (T.
