The novel, Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, is based during the Great Depression and takes place near Salinas River in Soledad, California. Two migrant workers, Lennie Small and George Milton, are walking on their way to a nearby ranch in hope of earning enough money to follow their very own dream.
