2. Which of Abraham Maslow’s needs does this organization meet? List the groups of needs that apply and explain how your service helped meet the needs of the individuals you served. Single Stop met Abraham Maslow’s need of Love and Belongingness, Safety needs, and Physiological needs. Since Single Stop has such a variety of programs offer, they meet many of Maslow’s needs. Love and Belongingness is the need to obtain and give affection. At Single Stop they have events for foster and adopted children. This is done so that those children feel loved as well. It is so that they are apart of something just like everyone else. They also meet Safety needs, which is the need for a safe and secure environment. A database set up for adult fingerprinting and background checks will also need to be put in place, depending on who the organization decides to collaborate with for this type of help. There will also need to be a database for foster care homes and social services that will participate, where all the records could be stored. Law enforcement officers must be present at the convention in case of any situation. Employees would need to be hired, such as psychiatrists to work with the children and ensure that they are emotionally stable to choose the right foster parents when the time
