Gathering up the ingredients will make the preparation process easier. Some of the items you will need are a thirteen by nine by two inches baking dish, a loaf of french bread, five cups of heavy cream, one and a half cups of milk, three-fourths cup of sugar, twenty-five ounces of white chocolate chopped into small pieces, fifteen large eggs and semisweet chocolate for garnish.

The first step is to preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, cut the bread into one inch square pieces and place on a thirteen by nine by two inches baking dish to toast for fifteen minutes. If the bread is stale, you can skip toasting the bread. Before moving on, increase the oven to 350 degrees. Now, in a large saucepan, add the four and one half cups of heavy cream, one and one half cups of milk and three-fourths cup of sugar. You want to heat all three ingredients until hot, not steaming. At this point, remove the steaming cream from the heat and add fifteen ounces of chopped white chocolate to the mixture. Stir the mixture until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Next, in a large bowl, beat three large eggs along with twelve separated egg yolks.
