The history of African Americans have been very eccentric compared to many other nationalities and ethnicities. African Americans have faced many hardships throughout their history especially hardships that came from the Americans. The white supremacy had brought numerous amounts of African Negroes into slavery, introducing these individuals to the United States of America. As these African Negroes stayed in the United States, their rights have changed throughout the years. The American Negro problem is “something of an achievement,” because of the processes it went through, how the ideology of white supremacy has changed, and how it affected white men with the impacts of black people. Many processes intensified the American Negro issues. One of these processes was the process of slavery. It had all begun with the bringing of slaves in the year of 1619 to assist in producing crops. Since then the practice had continued for 2 centuries. (Slavery In America). After many years of arguing for equal rights, African Negroes earned rights, but they were not equal rights. One of the reasons the whites thought they were superior was because they believed they were the creators of civilization (What is White Supremacy). Americans main belief was to conquer everything they had desired. They whites had thought they were superior, because they were also strong at the time (Baldwin, 368). The only reason they were strong at the time was because of the enslaved labor of the African Americans. The labor from the African Americans helped with the growth of the American economy. The white supremacy had gotten stronger and this was also the start of racism, because of how the whites treated the African Americans as really low
