Analysis and discussion The survey from the customers shows me that people are mostly actually quite neutral when it comes to the overall experience at Whit’s, but this could be changed based on their desire for new flavors, which brings up several points. For the most part, the customers Whit’s already has are fairly satisfied with their experience, as a majority of those interviewed rated their overall experience as a 4, with none interviewed ranking it any lower than 3 Therefore, the most logical reason behind deciding to implement these changes is twofold, as it could increase loyalty among current customers, as well as get new customers in the doors. There are several other options that Whit’s could make an attempt at that would largely have the same effect on their customer base and profitability. They could increase their presence on social media, which would allow for more people to see the business, and get more customers in the door. With this method, they can appeal to a wider audience for a relatively cheap expense, with the only outflow coming from what they pay their social media director. As important as their opinions are, it is also important to weigh what has been found in the interview with Mr. Fackler, as well as the analyzed information it provided. Whit’s is a well loved local business that is still in its infancy in this location, and their current position leaves little to be desired. However, I still believe that it their customer base can be expanded, and that market penetration would allow for new customers to be reached, and that they have potential to increase profits. I would urge the management to discuss what I have found, and make a decision of how to proceed with the assistance of this
