Tesla Motors would let prospective consumers know the economic benefits and savings in purchasing an electric car compared to owning a gas vehicle, also Tesla must implement a marketing department and assign a director and public relations manager. Tesla is known for employing a diverse group of individuals who has at least a minimum Graduate degree, and every executive manager has previous knowledge in automotive field. So employing experienced personnel should be a difficult task, by doing so they would be able to keep the name of Tesla Motor Corporation on the mainline of the world. As stated before, Tesla is known for employing a diverse group of individuals who has at least a minimum of a Graduate degree, and all of their executive manager has previous knowledge in automotive field, all of these characteristics should take their innovate platforms to higher productivities. Implementing these attributes may be costly at first but it will pay off in the long run, and with Tesla presently existing as the only manufacturing corporation of its kind, they can create innovative products that would increase technology to new heights. Tesla is raising the bar on standards which there competition will have to follow as time passes in order to keep up. Also, this would call for mounting innovative standards for effective techniques, the existing effective techniques works, however, implementing publicity and new consumers starts to purchases their cars they would be well-worn.
