To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee is a novel revolving around the narrator, a girl named Scout Finch, her father, Atticus, who is defending Tom Robinson, an African-American, accused of molesting and raping a white woman. Since Scout is young when this novel takes place, she doesn’t have much experience with dealing with real-world problems. Scout is what many would call a naive narrator because she is inexperienced and innocent so she reveals the faults and flaws of the world around her. Scout is a prime example of a naive narrator. A naive narrator is a narrator that, through their own innocence, reveal the flaws of the world. She is young so that makes the fact that she is naive more realistic. Everything she does and says is because
