Dedication. Leadership.Success. These three words describe all most all of the greats in all sports. Tom Brady possesses all of these traits, he leads the New England Patriots time and time again to winning seasons and super bowls. Tom only played in one game his rookie season, however in training camp he put in the work to go from fourth string to back up the star quarterback at the time Drew Bledsoe. Brady has five Super bowl victories and seven appearances(XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XLII, XLVI, XLIX, LI). Furthermore Brady was the youngest play to lead a team to a Super Bowl victory. However two years later in 2003 he won the super bowl after a 2-2 start, then again in 2004 he won the big game again. By doing so Brady made the patriots not only a dynasty, but the only team since John Elway and the broncos to repeat super bowl victories. However in 2008 Brady played only one game due to an knee injury in week one ending his season. In his career Brady has attempted 8,244 passes connecting on 5,244, he has thrown 61,582 yards. Making him fourth on the all-time passer yards list. Although Brady is only the fourth two out of the three people are retired players and the one other person has slowed down their passing yards. First of all Brady has the most career wins out of any QB in NFL history. Secondly Brady has the most Super Bowl wins as a quarterback and tied for the most of any player. For example Manning has two rings, Favre has one ring, and Montana has four rings.
