In the story of Romeo and Juliet, Romeo and Juliet are responsible for their own deaths. Throughout the whole story, they had many different opportunities. However, they didn’t take advantage of them. Without taking the chances and using their advantages, it resulted in their own deaths/suicides. One of the situations of why Romeo and Juliet couldn’t be together was because of their families. The couple thought neither of their families would approve. However, in act one when Juliet’s father Lord Capulet was throwing a party and discovers Romeo is there he doesn’t do a thing.
