Over forty years ago, Vietnam War ended. Say in other way, the Vietnam Civil War ended with the victory leaned on the Communist Party of Vietnam, they also eloquent declared that the Communists of Vietnam completely liberated the South of Vietnam, and united the entire of Vietnam, promises the bright future for the ordinary Vietnamese. However, in the last day of Saigon, all the Vietnamese people tried to flee away from the old capital of South Vietnam, Saigon. The South Vietnamese people have to leave everything behind them, run away for freedom. They just go, and did not think about how will tomorrow be, they default thing in South Vietnamese people's mind was they have to run away from the Communists. The fall of Saigon was the sad day of South Vietnamese because the Communist Party of Vietnam, as known as the North Vietnam won the war, and took over the country. …show more content…

The South Vietnamese did not want to leave their country, but they have to because they could not get used to the ruling way of the Communists. After took over the country, the Communists started to confiscate the South Vietnamese properties, businesses, and sent the South Vietnamese to the re-education camp to brainwash and learn about the ideas of communism, or the South Vietnamese have to go work at “New Economics Zone” by the action of sent people away, it made separate many families. Not stopped by that, the Communists also changed the currency, it made the live of ordinary Vietnamese became more harsh.
