Newton’s third law of motion states “every force there is an equal and opposite force or reaction.” (Merriam-Webster, 2017). It works the same way when we react to any type of violence to protect our country. We demand as a citizen to be safe on the streets in our country. Racial and or ethnic profiling by law enforcement personnel is sometimes justifiable and necessary. First, I will explain September 11, 2001 attacks to our country that led to the Transportation Security
Administration increase their awareness to specific race and ethnics. Secondly, the Boston bombing marathon attack and San Bernardino shooting. Thirdly, how some of the minorities act that makes the law enforcement act differently towards them.

The mayor events that occurred and led the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to increase their awareness was September 11, 2001 suicide attacks. “The attackers were Islamic terrorists from
Saudi Arabia and several other Arab nations”. (A&E Networks, 2017) The terrorist group is Islamic extremist group of al-Qaeda. This group hijacked four aircraft. Two of the aircraft flown into the towers of the world trade center, third to the pentagon and the last one in the fields of Pennsylvania.
As a reaction, the TSA increased the security inspections in all the airports due to the high alert awareness in the airports after these attacks. Meanwhile, the military began the Operation
Enduring Freedom. After these severe actions, everyone began to profile any Middle Eastern decedent. USA TODAY newspaper explained that worldwide, approximately 50 aircraft had been

The impact of these actions the law enforcement is more vigilant. Furthermore, the San Bernardino shooting ended with 14 dead and 21 injured. The masterminds were Syed Rizwan and his wife Tashfeen Malik, who lead this evil plan. Although the couple were not affiliated with any terrorist group. Even though they did not show any motive of the attacked, Mrs. Malik “expressed allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in a Facebook post, three U.S. officials familiar with the investigation told CNN” (Ahmed, 2015). If the law enforcement had learned from the marathon bombing, they could've prevented the San Bernardino
Shooting.
Finally, the law enforcement profiles minorities because the way they act and disrespect the police force authority. If you do not agree with something, you have the right to express. The first amendment gives the citizens the right to protest a longest it is civil way. The Black lives matters gave a negative reputation in their race. Looking back at the Milwaukee shooting, it resulted in a riot. If the purpose is to demonstrate that the black community do not agree with the injustice
