We’ve all been to or at least heard about a bad restaurant. It’s not every day that you have your worst restaurant experience ever. A couple of months ago I ate at this restaurant. There was this restaurant that I went to that was horrible. This was the worst restaurant I’ve been to. When I went to Chilly’s in Ruston, Louisiana the service was poor, there was poor food quality, and the restaurant was dirty. A recent study finds that 70% of restaurant customers never make a return visit, and that many restaurants do nothing to keep the customers and they don’t encourage them to return to their restaurant. If I had to rate this restaurant on a scale from one to ten, I would have to rate it as a five. The restaurant called Chilly’s was the worst restaurant I’ve been to because they had poor service. For example, my family and I were eating our food and we needed service, and our waiter never came back to our table until it was time for us to pay for our food. Unfortunately, chilly’s restaurant in Ruston, Louisiana wasn’t clean. If the restaurant is dirty, the company will lose customers. Cleanliness is very important to diners. It is often known as one of the worst mistakes a restaurant can ever make. In fact, a study explains that a restaurant problem known as a lack of cleanliness is one of the longest remembered by customers and associated with the lowest customer rates for the company. For example, the bathroom was unsanitary, the tables weren’t cleaned when we dined in, the restaurant had a bad smell and there was trash on the ground. The restaurant may have changed over the time I’ve visited, and it looked like they were about to close down. The lights were dim, and it just was sanitary for anybody to go to. No one likes to go to a restaurant that isn’t cleaned, and they are going to spread the word to other people that it wasn’t nice
