Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the world. Have you ever wondered how Islam was able to spread so fast? During the 7th Century, Muhammad ibn Abdallah was going up Mt Hira and heard words from someone saying Allah was the one god. He realized he was the prophet of this new religion called " Islam " and decided to go tell people about Allah's teaching and Allah's words and went spreading Islam. Later after time, people heard his teaching and gathered a small group of families and over time Islam became a huge spreading religion wh the reasons Islam expanded so rapidly and became the fastest-growing religion? Islam spread quickly for three fundamental reasons: Military Campaigns, Ghazu, and Trade Routes.

The first reason that Islam spread quickly was Military Campaigns. The military campaigns relate to the spread of Islam because the military campaigns kept conquering more and more land which caused it to spread as you can see from the paths of the military going through the land. Mecca was a trade center for the Arabian Peninsula because Mecca always had people passing by the traducement above. Since they traveled so much it might have been easy to expand routes. They had so many trade routes. Because they had so many trade routes, more and more people came to trade and buy products that they needed. The people that came to trade goods and buy products might have liked the religion and the way people from Islam practiced it.
