Why Did Islam Spread so Fast

Beginning in the 7th century, in Mecca, Arabia, a prophet, named Muhammad had received a message from the archangel Gabriel on top of Mount Hira while meditating. Muhammad had spread the word of the one god, Allah. This started the spark of many followers. Leading to a mass of followers around the globe. This lead to the question: Why did Islam spread so Quickly? It all started when Muhammad went up to Mt.Hira to meditate like any other day that he would do. He meditates and as to his surprise the archangel Gabriel comes to him and tell him about the secret message. There on the spreading lead to a massive amount of followers. There might’ve been assigned missionaries and priests that believed in allah. Some might say the military conquests help to also spread the word which it can. The god that Muhammad was addressing. But how would they know of this, one and only god? As I said before, Muhammad, successfully shared the message, that he wanted to share.
