Well, it´s halfway over.
The Holiday Rush, the cooking the cleaning, the over-flow of relatives and friends...
Today, people are setting up their new appliances, furniture, and half-priced nick nacks around their houses and tending to their aching muscles and bruises caused by drop-kicking other shoppers on Black friday.
Now, comes the less life-threatening rush of Cyber Monday. People are dusting off their keyboards and bookmarking their favorite online stores, patiently waiting for the precise moment to pounce. By this coming Tuesday, the maddness will finally be finished.
Now... with all that in mind, I raise this question:
What the Heck happened to Thanksgiving???

and let me tell you, I´m not exactly Psyched about what I see.
How did such a Primordial Holiday like Thanksgiving get bombarded with such a commercialized Sale day? How did two days that Celebrate 2 COMPLETELY OPPOSITE ideals get squeezed into the same week??
Whose Idea was this??? Who turned the 4th week of November into an oxymoronic statement???
(Ok, now I´m overdoing it with the Question Marks)
Most importantly, How can WE change this?
Well, when it comes to changing the World, the Bible always has "1 or 2 suggestions":
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." And Colossians 3:17 reinforces that: "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."
Simply Put: to "give thanks in all circumstances" is to live gratefully. Whatever we do should somehow reflect how grateful we are. Moreover, whatever we do, should reflect Christ. (If you still don´t get it, Find a christian, they´ll explain it to you)
So, Thanksgiving is already over, but know that every day is a reason to be Thankful. Ergo, treat every day like
