Considering the plethora of options that are given to someone during the exhilarating transformation between middle school and high school, it can be very difficult. Choosing the appropriate classes and extracurricular activities are always important in the educational field; especially if that person plans on attending a college. For me, these important courses included Advanced
Placement classes and volunteer work in my community, because they would begin helping me achieve my future goals. After an extended process of elimination, I was finally able to choose the courses and activities that would allow me to tie together my educational background with my lifetime goal of going into the medical field.

Taking multiple science classes, like Anatomy & Physiology and Health Science
1, have also helped me greatly. They have successfully prepared me for the journey I am about to endure. Biology and Chemistry also play a big role in my future career. Those classes have helped me learn more about how living things work and how other things process and sustain many different elements.
When I enroll in college, I will experience and learn more than I could have possibly imagined. My future classes will definitely help me retain more knowledge about how to succeed in life and capture my dreams. I am looking forward to helping myself excel in my knowledge so that I can better myself.
That will make it easier to reach my goals.
Although extracurricular activities, such as sports, were not an option for me, despite a medical condition I developed at age 12, I managed to find a way to work around my condition and involve myself in my school's local Key Club. I can not begin to elaborate on how much helping out in the community means to me. The community gives back in the way of bettering myself for later
