Why I Chose To Transfer School

As a senior in college there many plans you thought for your life. When I first came to college I wanted to be a dentist so I majored in biology but I decided that was not the right path for me. Then I decided I wanted to be a teacher but before I could start taking those class education was no longer a major at Johnson C. Smith University. From that step I had to two choices either transfer schools or change majors. I did not want to transfer school because I really like Johnson C. Smith University. So then I begin to research the different majors that were left at Johnson C. Smith University.
After doing my research I came across the major mass communication. Mass communication seemed like the perfect idea for me because it was such a wide field. When I started taking my classes in this major I started to hate this major to because I hated writing papers and I often struggle with grammar. I often get confused and can’t explain my thoughts clear on paper so I begin to change my major but my mother told to try it out a little longer. Gary Guffey he helped me decide on career. I started taking his Public Relation’s class. Researching what Public Relations was because at the time I had no clue what Public Relations do and what they are. At first I thought this was not for me so I really thought I choose the wrong major. After getting into class I started doing the work I started to really like it.
