Her points that she mad about society is very persuasive. I think she’s right about the sow dying in solitude and the need for free thinking space. like she said in her article “we been accustomed to a new way of being along together.”, I think in this line of her article turkale summarizes that everywhere you go you are bound to see someone on the phone. People today want to become connected throughout Facebook, Instagram, and other various social networks even when they are having a conversation. When t6urkale suggested this due to suggested technology’s ability to edit how we portray ourselves. We only want likes on instream that makes attention to make us look good. We write statuses on Facebook that make us seem knowledgeable and positive. When communicating over the phone we don’t feel the affection in others voice and words. People need to build meaningful communication with others to succeed in life. without these relationships people start to seek status, in which they find in today’s technology. Technology is a good advancement in our society but certain moments aspects of day to day life can’t be attained through social media. I feel that we do need to take a break from technology because we need to be able to speak with others in person. I feel that as a society today we are not as good at keeping eye contact or understanding emotions because we often do not physically see the people are engaging in conversations. People tend to not want social awkwardness so they keep themselves busy on social media. With technology, it becomes harder for us to learn more. Communicating through devices gives us the power to place a conversation to keep, to delete something we did, and to give others an image of how we want others view
