Dracula is a battle between good vs evil, much like religion. Religion is what people turn to whenever they need to fight against the evils in their life. In the bible you see Satan vs God, this is exactly what I think that Dracula is a religious novel. The reason I believe that it is a religious idol is because of the supernatural occurrences and the novels religious ways of defending against evil. Religion is the belief in God or some type of God. In almost all religions people turn to God to warn off evil and protect themselves from evil things, people, and things they cannot control.
