Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is a very interesting book, it’s about the future where reading books are not allowed. If you were caught with books in your house you’ll get a visit from the firemen who come in your house and mess everything up to find your books and set them on fire. After your books are set on fire you get sent to prison for breaking the law.In Fahrenheit 451 the author is warning the readers that one day there aren’t going to be any books to read because everyone is going to be living with a screen in front of their faces. No one is going to be able to live with out a T.V. screen or any electronic device. In Fahrenheit 451 Books are banned. So the people in the story don’t really have a choice but to watch T.V. or find other hobbies. For example Montag’s wife Milred is addicted to watching T.V., that's all she does. It states “ will you turn the Parlour off? He asked. That’s my family.” Montag wanted Milred to turn off the T.V. off and she replied back with it’s her family which means that T.V. is her family. Milread doesn’t pay attention to her husband which is her real family because she stuck to the T.V. screen.
