Trust is key in a relationship; therefore, loving one another becomes difficult once it is gone (1A). In Shakespeare's Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, Hamlet struggles to continue loving Ophelia the way he did once his trust is gone. With the recent death of his father and the marriage of his mother Hamlet attempts to understand the significance between trust and love through his conversation with Ophelia.
