The growing significance of the art museum in the preservation of historical art has ignited new measures to enhance curatorial positions of the art museum as well as other important positions that are responsible for upholding the performance capacity of the organizations. There has been consolidated mechanism to enhance diversity in art curator position, which is among the most influential positions in the art museum.
