Is evil internalized or is it created? War is an evil fight between people. The question is, are people born with evil in them or is it merely the thoughts and ideals that develop within humans? Does the behavior of others and their actions have an impact on how people feel and act? Lord of The Flies, “Dulce et Decorum Est”, and “No More Hiroshima” all tie back into conflict in society. Lord of The Flies, by William Golding, is a good example of how evil can be created in society no matter how young, how old or how innocent the person and or people are. War only turns people evil, it forces the people fighting to kill without mercy and remorse, that will almost immediately ruin someone's mind and way of thought, there is no way around it. Wilfred would never see the end of the war, he died in action on November 4th of the year 1918, 7 days before the war ended, something that would not have been necessary if war was not a thing. War is an evil thing, it makes people commit terrible acts, just like lord of the flies, when people are under the control of bad and evil people, it makes the people fighting evil as well, they think they are the ones who are right and have to correct ideals and morals when in reality, they are just being controlled by a higher power.
