For a while it seemed like everything had calmed down. But, On February 16,1873, Captain Herriot returned to Dover and went to the courthouse. On that day a local group had planned to lure Herriot from the courthouse to the grocery store and murder him there. When this plan failed John Hale went into the courthouse and drug the Captain into the hall. Before Hale could shoot him, George Rye had fired.

My theory on The Westing Game is Flora Baumbach is the killer. I believe she is the killer because she was super excited when she found out Turtle was here partner (pg. 33). Her next victim could be Turtle for kicking her in the shin. She also would want to kill Sam because of his daughter's wedding.
"(“Jailed for murder”). She was a social worker who was 49 years old when she lost her life. The first person to discover the body was Mr. Bench who was a firefighter. The connection to her was that Mr. Bench had a brother that dated her, but they had broken up two months prior to crime. Bench eventually became a suspect.
Paul Haven was the author of the story above and it never provides any actaul words saying that Skidmore did the crime of murdering his brother by poisoning the pretzel he ate, but it does provide many facts of how it most likely was him and that is what made me think it was Skidmore. I will explain what in the story of "The Curse of The Poisoned Pretzel," made me believe that SKimore killed Macnchester to get the money. A case of a man murdered by his brother was never brought to justice, it was said to have ended by a simple choking hazard when really it was an inncident of an insane twisted family member. In the excerpt from the story, "The Curse of the Poisoned Pretzel," the author Paul Haven indirectly expresses his thoughts about the killing of the character named Manchester. Support 1:
In the court of law, everyone is guilty until proven innocent. Thus, Hobart Ison was guilty when killing Hugh O’ Connor. Though by law Hobart was a murderer, many question that very decision. Though a killer, locals of urban Kentucky would argue that his actions are justifiable. Elizabeth Barret creates Stranger with a Camera as a tool to look into those justifications and see the reasons Ison murdered O’Connor.
Years have past, and individuals are still trying to put together the information on who actually killed John. F Kennedy. Who killed kennedy? Was Lee Harvey Oswald a lone gunman? Were shots fired from the “grassy knoll”. Was the mafia involved?
When Ronda Morrison was murdered, Walter McMillian was at a church fish fry where dozens could confirm his presence. Walter Myers, one of informants, created a wildly unbelievable story that connected McMillian to the murder which law enforcement officers knew would be
On November 5, 1872 Susan B. Anthony had voted and was imprisoned for it two weeks later. Did she have the right to vote, or was she wrong? She was wrong to a lot of people but not the women and to the court reasoning she was imprisoned for it. Although she was wrong to vote and breaking the law I believed that her motives were for the greater good of humanity. Susan B. Anthony, born February 5, 1820 raised in a Quakers household.

There were three key suspects in the case, all of which may have had a part in the murders, even though most of the more prominent pieces of evidence of the Grimes Sisters' deaths pointed to Edward Lee Bedwell could have been the murderer. Official police files found in the local newspaper articles have posted that police later questioned a local drifter about the murders. He told the police that he and Benny “beat the girls to death, then dumped their bodies” (Chicago Now). The man later recanted his confession pleading that he just wanted the police to stop questioning him. He was never identified, and the police never formally charged him with any connection to the crimes.
combined with the fact that JonBenet was sexually assaulted before she had died gives reasonable doubt that this might not have been the first time this child was assaulted. After the above section of the inquiry, the analysis has shed light on various aspects of the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. To further the investigation, a synthesis of all the prior conclusions is necessary. This accumulation of facts will surely reveal the true identity of the killer and solve the case of the JonBenet Ramsey murder.
