On March, 2008, Jessie Dotson went to 722 Lester Street, where his brother, Cecil, lived with his girlfriend and their children. Jessie killed four adults were multiple gunshot wounds, killed two children, ages 2 and 4, who were beaten and stabbed. Three other children, one just 2 months old, also were beaten and stabbed, but survived the attack.

This paper's purpose is to investigate the correlation between serial killers and the location of where they killed their victims on the map of the Interstate. Through rigorous analysis of the available literature, the locations on an interstate map and environments are reviewed to analyze the correlation between the region and if multiple serial killers kill in one locale for a reason. As if one state had more killings than others. Environmental reasons, such as access to the roads, were put into consideration as to why serial killers ultimately choose certain areas to kill. The area where the serial killers were born and where they were killed will be analyzed to see if there is any correlation.
