Imagine, you are a Principal of a Elementary school and you walk into one of the math classes. You suddenly realize the sticky substance the students call “SLIME” is stuck to class computers, chairs, desks, and even cloths. What do you think? Is this right? Should slime be allowed in schools? In some schools this is the case. Students are free to bring in slime to school and use it during class. I think that slime should be banned from schools because it is a major distraction, it is damaging school property, and it is affecting students health.

I think that slime should be banned from schools because it is a major distraction. “The slime is distracting students from learning since they are constantly playing with it” says Pin Oak Press. This shows that students are constantly playing with it in class and are getting majorly distracted. This is becoming a problem because students are no longer paying attention to their teacher, but instead to a sticky substance that is memorizing their mind. Some people may argue that slime helps reduce stress in class but I think that there are less distracting stress toys that students can use to reduce stress. …show more content…
