It's where the rich use public transportation" according to the former Mayor of Bogota, Enrique Peñalosa, who during his mayoralty developed the Transmilenio, a bus rapid transit, improving the transit system that serves Bogota. On account of this, the govern of Dominican Republic should offer easy access to citizens with bikes and lanes for it. This will make him more curious and maybe motivate him to do some investment, so this person will be supporting the local identity of the place that his visiting maybe.
