Toope argues that Canada deserves to be celebrated for more than just hockey and Medicare, the most commonly associate emblems of the country, and instead to be directed by visionaries, and their decreased sense of humility. Additionally, Toope specifies that Canadians must confront their errors and understand their strengths, in order to further themselves as a strong country, and “grow up” (abstract). Over the many years of Canada’s existence, its citizens and base fundamentals have managed to solidify a society revolving around an openness to immigration, resulting in a rare evolution of a nation that is to be cherished. Trudeau envisions Canada as composed of “diverse cultures” living in mutual respect, support and by sharing the nation in peace and in justice. At the same time, it encourages Canadians to embrace aspects of collectivism such as cooperation and collective interest. Trudeau further emphasizes the need for collectivism by stating that it is not regional barriers that will strengthen the economy but rather the bilingualism and the sharing of land such as crown like like national parks. While collectivism was emphasized through bilingualism and the Multiculturalism Policy in 1971, individualism was emphasized through the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

It has been 24 years since a Canadian team entered the NHL as an expansion team,so it's time to start adding more Canadian teams. Clearly Canada has the right environment to have more teams so why not add more. Although Canada does not have the biggest Cities, they will likely increase in population by a lot.
