The national Association of Elementary Principal, a orangaztion that teaches people about school uniforms, stated that ”The current policy has made a significant, positive impact on peer pressure but 31% of schools do not have school uniforms.” A school uniform is a uniforms that kids have to wear to school everyday but without school uniforms students should wear regular clothes kids can pick out on there own. School uniforms should not be used because of indepence, stress, and creativity. It has been said that indepence does get better when school uniforms are used. Sue Stanley, a writer for school uniforms safety pointed out that“Unified School District, 81% of middle school students said uniforms did not reduce fights, 76% said they did not help them fit in at school, 69% said they did not make them feel more connected with the school community, and 71% said they felt no safer traveling to and from school”. This fact suggest, kids need to be safe at school and feel safe about if they are getting bullied and are stressing out about getting bullied with school uniforms kids will just kids other things to bully them about but without school uniforms everyone is equal and treated the same.
