I plan on studying Wildlife Sciences at Auburn University. I grew a passion of love for animals, from my dad. Animals and nature have always been my comfort when I am feeling down: therefore I believe this choice is the best for me. Wildlife sciences will allow me help others and grow local economies by sustaining natural opportunities for farmers or entrepreneurs. Studying in my particular field, will allow me to become knowledgeable in raising animals, and improving soil and crops, for local farmers. Farmers are the foundation to the economy, they provide the food that local restaurants need, and the local necessities for retailers. However, many farmers are unsure or uneducated on soil fertility, erosion, or production, but wildlife majors can give farmers the skills to improve the soil conditions and help them market their products. Forestry and industrial production and processing creates jobs in the fields of wood processing, construction, and chemical engineering. New demands for wildlife jobs, boost the local economy and world economy—opening commercial corporations to invest towards this mass production. Additionally, the local economy flourishes with new job opportunities, that encourages people to engage and become involved. Wildlife Sciences allows people to become educated on business development while also developing strong technical and maturity skills. Business training allows capable leaders to rise up and develop ethical skills to successful own or run a business. Moreover, these leaders are the building blocks to healthy entrepreneurs and corporations. Educating others, is a main tool to a successful economy.
