William Shakespeare was a famous mediator and amazing play writer. He was a famous poet and actor and one of the best of all time, with most of his plays still being done again and again, he is still very famous. Shakespeare was born on April 26, 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon, United Kingdom, and died in his hometown in 1616. He had three brothers and three sisters, all with the same mother and father, John and Mary Shakespeare, married in 1557. William was the oldest of his other brothers, but younger than all of his sisters. His brothers were Gilbert, Edmund, and Richard Shakespeare, again with William being the oldest of the four boys. She outlived her husband by seven years and passed away long before he did. They had three children in their time Hamnet Shakespeare, Susanna Hall, and Judith Quiney, with Susanna being the oldest of the three. However Hamnet, Williams only son, died at he age of eleven and passed away in 1596. There is talk that Shakespeare’s son had died from the Bubonic Plague. Before his son’s death, William wrote a play called Hamlet. Hamlet was a tale about the Prince of Denmark, who is seeking revenge on his uncle Claudius, who had killed Hamlet’s father, King Hamlet, and married his deceased brother’s widow. Being the longest story Shakespeare ever wrote, Hamlet is considered among the most powerful and influential works of world literature with a story capable of “seemingly endless retelling and adaptation by others”. Although many people thought that it was dedicated to his son Hamnet that had died, but according to Shakespeare himself. He was already working on the story before his son had passed away, so it was confirmed that he did not dedicate the story to his son. He made a whole list of poems, plays, and stories that would make him one of the best play writers of all and a great actor. But not any of this success was easy for him to achieve.
