What is training, and how does training differ from education and development? As defined by our textbook, training is the process of developing skills in order to perform a specific job or task more effectively, which can be simply put as a process used to develop skills. Training differs from education because education is the process of imparting knowledge or information. Individuals are able to education themselves or have another individual teach them things that they would like to learn. Education consists of gaining and retaining knowledge on a certain subject. However, training focuses on skill development and behavior change. Training differs from development simply because development is any behavior, strategy, design, etc. that is designed to produce growth or change over time. Development is very broad and inclusive function, whereas training involves a more narrow focus frame.
Describe the four laws of learning and explain how understanding these laws or approaches enhance the training environment.

This stems from a Chinese proverb “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. The trainee and trainer must be aware of the three thing that applies to the law of readiness. The trainer must make it clear why each skill being taught is important to the trainee. Next, the learner must be asked to explain why the skill being taught could be of practical value to the learner.
