The Winnipeg Jets are a Canadian professional ice hockey team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, competing in the National Hockey League (NHL). Their vision is to be a leading organization in the NHL, American Hockey League and the North American entertainment industry, as well as an integral part of Winnipeg and Manitoba. The mission of the Jets is to provide a superior experience for their patrons, develop championship-calibre hockey teams, and make meaningful contributions to the community. However, their central goal is to be playoff contenders. To accomplish this, the Jets have implemented several key cornerstones. These include strong leadership, lineup depth, and positive team culture. On the other hand, nonprofit and public organizations’ objectives typically focus on bettering the community.
