Cameron Jibril Thomaz was born on September 8, 1987, but you know this young man better as Wiz Khalifa. He was born in Minot, ND. His parents served in the military and he lived in lot of different places like Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan before he settled in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. One of his most famous songs Black and Yellow is a tribute the city he grew up in. He attended Taylor Allderdice High School.
He was scouted by a music company in 2004 when he was 16, but they thought he was too young so they decided that they would wait to sign until 2004, this music company was called Rostrum Records. That means that the single had to have sold 2,720 digital copies per day to reach that in a week

In His personal life he has been dating model Amber rose since 2011, he proposed to her on March 1, 2012. They got married on July 8th 2013. Since then they have had one son, he was born on February 21st, 2013, his name is Sebastian Taylor Thomaz. He is currently 2 year old.
Khalifa is open to the public about using cannabis, he claims on interviews that he spends $10,000 a month, this means that he spends about $120,000 per year on cannabis, plus he says he smokes daily.
